Abstract:
The article reports on the Z Graphic Novel line of Christian manga comics for middle-graders and young adults of Zonderkidz. Zonderkidz plans to roll out 48 titles in all over the next four years. Story lines cover a broad range of styles--biblical, superhero and fantasy/science fiction--and Zondervan maintains that all the books are theologically sound and family-friendly.

I was interested in more projects that would attract teens to the library and a more general type of manga, I chose the Manga (Art) link to see if I could get any hits that were more relvant to what I wanted. Of the 197 hits, none were what I wanted. I narrowed it down some more by searching for (young adult* or adolescent*) and (club* or group*) within the 197 results and it returned with two very relevant hits that I was pleased with.
