Lesson 10 Challenge

I visited sanantonio.gov and USA.gov (formerly First Gov?) for this challenge.  I thought both of these sites were relatively easy to navigate if you have a general idea of what you want.  I searched for passport information on both sites and retrieved  information on where to get them in San Antonio on sanantonio.gov and here was more general information at USA.gov. One big plus at having all of this information online is that you don’t have to play “phone tag” to get the information you want.  As for online access making us making us more democratic, I think that this will happen when all citizens have equal access to online information.
