11.5/2.0 - - Week 1 Parts 1-3

I enjoyed the refresher on how to use a USB drive, not something that I use from day to day.  Part 2 was the hardest for me.  For some reason, I could not create a Dropbox account and I tried multiple times; I finally gave up because it wasn't required.  I also had difficulty getting the Adobe certificate saved to my USB drive.  Some how and some way it finally saved.  I'm still not sure how I did it!  I will still play with the USB and different types of files to see how they transfer in order to be more helpful to patrons.
