The keyword challenge was harder that I thought! The first challenge I tried was the Buffalo Challenge. On my first try I got a 56 % rating in my
second try I got a 69% rating with a Keyword Efficiency Rating of 30%. (I probably would have used the word “bison”
instead of “buffalo” but couldn't change words in the challenge.) Then I tried
the Hollywood Challenge and got 70% on my first try and 80% on my second try with
a Keyword Efficiency Rating of 68%. My
last challenge was the Piranha Challenge and I got a 58% on my first try and a
42% on my second try I got 42% with a Keyword Efficiency Rating of 45%. What did get from this? It seems I've been doing searches incorrectly
and/or inefficiently for years! I was
also a bit confused when some of the words I thought were important were not keywords
but intermediate words. I may just bookmark the Internet Search Challenge page
in order to practice more and learn how to make
search engines work more efficiently for me.
